Welcome to Seven Acres!
Seven Acres is a Bradley Phifer Dog Training facility located on Bradley’s farm in Fairland, IN. The farm offers seven beautiful tree-lined acres for dogs to exercise and receive training to improve their behavior.
We want training and boarding to be a pleasant experience for your dog and strive to keep our facility immaculately clean and calm, so the environment is as home-like as possible.
At Seven Acres, we believe that every dog is unique and deserves individualized care and training. With this in mind, we keep a low dog-to-trainer ratio, which allows us to give your dog proper attention and provide a unique training program that suits him best.
We look forward to working with you and your dog.

Kerrigan has always loved animals, but once she had a puppy of her own, it was clear that it was more than a love – it was a passion. Kerrigan’s first puppy inspired her to pursue a career path to ensure dogs could live their most fulfilling lives. Kerrigan found that career under the mentorship of our owner, Bradley Phifer.
Now, as a CCPDT certified trainer, Kerrigan spends her days growing the connection between owners and their companions, much like she did with Bella and Link, her German Shepherd Dogs.
Paige was fascinated by teaching her family dog simple tricks from an early age. She was always proud to show her new skills to family members and friends. As a CCPDT certified trainer, she now teaches obedience cues and house manners to clients and their dogs. Dog training is so fulfilling for Paige as the position requires her to learn new skills and perfect current processes constantly. At the end of a training program, Paige finds encouragement in the bond built between herself, the dog, and their owner.
Makayla followed her childhood dream and began working with animals five years ago. She first worked at a dog boarding facility, where she managed playgroups and maintained a clean facility for animals in her care. When she adopted Crosby, a dog with unique personality quirks, she needed help communicating her expectations with him. With the help of her mentor and peers at Seven Acres, she made progress in their communication and found it very rewarding. As a CCPDT certified trainer, Makayla strives to provide this same rewarding feeling to all of her clients when they learn how to communicate with their pets.
Each trainer at Seven Acres works under Bradley’s expertise and is either certified by the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT) or is working toward their certification.
